WESTREP ARIZONA was established in 1983 and became an Arizona corporation in 1992.

BUSINESS OBJECTIVES:

WESTREP ARIZONA business objectives have remained consistent since 1983.

Only represent quality, engineering - oriented product lines that compliment each other, so the customer base and applications of each line will be synergistic with the others.

Effectively service the purchasing function to ensure a favorable position, but stress engineering calls to get products specified.

When products are best sold through distribution we work closely with authorized distributors as part of "our marketing team".
Ensure training, effective direction, and cooperation through the local WESTREP ARIZONA distributor sales manager, who is responsible for coordination of all activities.

As market potential increases we will add more sales engineers to give our customers better service, and our Principals more for their money.

Our distributor manager works closely with our distributors, and also supports O.E.M. activity. This ensures that we service the marketplace cooperatively on a direct and distributor basis, consistent with our Principals' sales policies, as well as our customers' needs.

We are proud of the historical low turnover of sales engineers in our organization and feel this relative stability reflects our attention to detail, as well as the professional environment and earnings potential for outside and inside sales and service personnel at WESTREP ARIZONA.

FACILITIES AND SERVICES:

WESTREP ARIZONA is conveniently located relative to our territory, and fully equipped to handle the required computer reporting, telephone, e-mail, direct mail, catalog storage, and training facilities of a modern sales office.
Additionally, WESTREP ARIZONA has a complete in-house data processing capability in its custom engineered quad core Intel rack server, complete with extensive custom software, full raid system back up system.
As a result of the custom software, WESTREP ARIZONA has designed specific data reports by RPMS, which allow us to compare "performance" and "forecast" data by salesman, customer, industry, product type or by territory.
Run rate percentage relative to forecast or history is available both for direct sales and distributor sales P.O.S. Our computer also tracks total P.O.S. sales to each customer by distributors. Furthermore, each customer Is assigned a WESTREP ARIZONA developed industry code, thereby allowing us to plot forecast of sales results for any given product code, for any specific Industry.

In order to achieve the objectives of our marketing philosophy and capture increased market share, we spend a substantial amount of time in the engineering departments of our O.E.M. accounts. With a direct and monitored concentration of target accounts and key programs, along with the complementary nature of our product mix, the results in terms of products specified and purchased are truly synergistic and successful.
